Consultations may be scheduled through our booking link. They take place by video or phone at the scheduled time.
Legal services and fees
Legal services are provided only under a written engagement agreement between the firm and the client. Fees, billing, refunds and cancellation are governed by that agreement and applicable rules of professional conduct.
Government fees
Filing fees paid to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Department of State or other government agencies are paid to those agencies and cannot be refunded by the firm.
